PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Highmark announced its new (un)Hungry campaign Wednesday, which the company calls an annual community movement to address food insecurity during the holidays.

The company announced the campaign at a kickoff event at its Parkersburg office, during which Highmark employees prepared over 1,400 holiday snack bags for the Mountaineer Food Bank’s Veterans Table program.

President of Highmark Health Options West Virginia Jason Landers said the company is happy to address a public health issue like food insecurity.
